We are the Tepa Companies, a group of tribally-owned businesses established in 2005 and wholly owned by the Paskenta Band of Nomlaki Indians. Our foundation is built on honoring the past while forging a vision for the future. As a shared services organization, Tepa, LLC provides the common leadership, administration, and management that allows our individual companies to thrive. This structure ensures our clients receive the greatest efficiencies, cost benefits, and quality across our diverse service offerings. Our revenues are reinvested directly back into the tribe, supporting vital community programs, fostering economic growth, and preserving the cultural heritage of the Nomlaki people.
