Are you passionate about marketing and eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, digital-first environment? As a Working Student – Marketing (B2C) (m/f/d), you’ll support our team in content planning & creation, campaign execution, and community management across multiple channels. From crafting engaging social media posts, CRM user journeys and in-app articles to updating landing pages and assisting in partner communication, you’ll get a 360° view of B2C marketing in the health-tech space.
Your Role with us
- Content research, planning & creation – Support the development of engaging content for social media, CRM, and in-app platforms.
- Marketing materials – Assist in the design and production of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency.
- Website & landing page updates – Keep our digital presence fresh and optimized.
- Pharma partner communication – Assist in preparing marketing materials and joint initiatives for our pharma partners.
- Reporting & monitoring – Support in tracking campaign performance and compiling marketing reports.
- Community management & support – Engage with our community, respond to inquiries, and foster meaningful interactions.
What you bring to the table
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Marketing, Communications, Business, Health(care) Economics or a related field.
- A strong interest in digital marketing, communication, social media, and content creation.
- A structured, proactive, and hands-on mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English & German.
- Basic experience with design tools (e.g. Canva), CRM tools (e.g. customer.io) and CMS is a plus.
- Analytical skills and a willingness to dive into reporting & data.
