TEKenable require an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Senior Consultant for its expanding Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP delivery function. The permanent position is open to applicants already located in either Ireland or the UK. The suitable candidate will work remotely as a consultant in understanding customer business requirements, converting these into Business Central solution options and clearly explaining to the customer how their requirement is mapped to a standard or customised solution.

We have extensive experience in legacy systems integration and offer licensing and Azure cloud as Managed Services.

As a Senior Solution Architect specialising in delivering Microsoft Business Central, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimising solutions that leverage Microsoft's suite of low-code and no-code tools. Your expertise will empower organisations to create custom applications, automate processes, and analyse data effectively. You will be a champion of Microsoft best practices, and influence the team towards excellence.

Key requirements:

  • A NAV/Business Central Certified Professional with demonstrable commercial experience as either a Senior Consultant or a Solution Architect.
  • Demonstrable experience in leading business central implementations.
  • Proven record with Professional Services industries/implementations.
  • Experience in leveraging solutions across Dynamics 365 Microsoft Power Platform to meet client requirements.
  • Background in Business Central/NAV development (desirable).
  • Proficiency in creating comprehensive documentation.
  • The ability to thrive under pressure, whether as part of a team or when working independently.
  • Confidence, with a preference for previous experience in software demonstrations.
  • A history of successfully meeting deadlines.
  • Highly competent in crafting various business communications, such as specifications, emails, quotations, proposals, and reports.
  • Effective workload and time management skills to adhere to set deadlines.
  • Resourcefulness, energy, and enthusiasm, with a willingness to go the extra mile.
  • An understanding of business dynamics, deadlines, and client requirements.
  • Strong client-facing skills, showcasing excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Hiring Process

Once you are successfully selected for interview a dedicated talent acquisition manager will reach out and arrange a short pre-screening call. We want to learn more about you and the experience you can bring to the position. The interview process will have 2-3 stages and we will work around your availability. You will the opportunity to talk with our recruitment team at various points throughout the process. All interview stages will be conducted remotely via video calls and arranged at a time that fits with your schedule. We will close the position once the role is filled.
