Techcyte is seeking a Sales Development Representative to expand our customer base of new Home Inspectors and continue current relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of our product. The SDR will make outbound and receive inbound calls to drive new customer acquisition.
Requirements
- Prospecting via email outreach to our existing database of contacts, research and build your own target customer lists, some outbound calling.
- Prospecting via inbound calls.
- Reactivate clients via phone calls and emails who have become inactive or switched service providers.
- Ability to master product knowledge and speak confidently with customers to answer questions and convey sales information and close customers.
- Ability to develop relationships quickly over the phone with clients and industry professionals
- Follow-up on and maintain leads to keep them moving through the sales funnel.
- Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to generate sales revenue.
- Create and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Represent our company’s products and services by demonstrating a comprehensive understanding to show how our solutions meet customer’s needs.
- Manage and update Techcyte’s CRM system with detailed information throughout the sales process.
- Strong entrepreneurial personality, self-motivated and self-managing; strong team orientation and ability to build cross-functional relationships.
- Collaborate with the product and support teams at Sporecyte / Techcyte to resolve customer issues.
