TechBiz Global GmbH is currently in search of a highly motivated Junior Lead Generation Specialist to join our esteemed Sales department. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our team by meticulously identifying and evaluating potential leads to bolster our sales initiatives.
Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads across diverse channels, including cold calling
Qualify and assess leads against defined criteria to ensure high quality
Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute effective lead generation strategies
Build, manage, and maintain an up-to-date lead database
Provide regular, detailed reports on lead generation activities and performance
Utilize tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other relevant platforms
Receive comprehensive training and access to all necessary tools and resources
Requirements
Fluent in English
Strong communication skills, with willingness to engage in cold calling
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Team player with a positive attitude
No prior experience in Lead Generation required
