Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle — inbound discovery through close and client onboarding handoff
- Run 15+ discovery calls per week; uncover pain, establish urgency, align the right Magic product
- Become a product expert — match the right Magic solution to each prospect's specific needs
- Nurture 'not now' leads with discipline and creativity until timing is right
- Keep HubSpot clean and current — every deal staged, every next step set
- Collaborate with Support and Ops for smooth client transitions
- Apply coaching fast and share what's working with the team
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of B2B closing experience in SaaS, subscription services, outsourcing, or professional services
- Proven quota attainment selling to executive-level buyers — C-level, VP, Director
- High-volume inbound sales experience is a strong advantage
- US or Canada client experience is a plus — not required if English is at C1+
- Consultative sales approach — you uncover pain before you pitch
- CRM discipline with HubSpot or equivalent — your pipeline is always current
- English at C1 or C2 — clear, confident communication with U.S. buyers
- Self-accountable — you own your numbers and don't wait to be managed
Our Hiring Process

Your Growth Path
- Account Executive (0–6 months): Master Magic’s product suite, build pipeline discipline, establish consultative selling habits
- Senior Account Executive (6–18 months): Consistently exceed quota, mentor new AEs, manage higher-value accounts
- Team Lead / Sales Manager (18–36 months): Lead a pod of AEs, own team targets, contribute to sales strategy
- Sales Director (3+ years): Oversee sales operations, drive go-to-market strategy, partner with leadership on growth
Key Time Zone & Schedule Requirements
- Work Schedule: 9-hour shifts following US business hours
- Training Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time (mandatory attendance)
- Time Zone Alignment: Must be able to consistently work in Eastern Time, including adjustments for Daylight Saving Time
- Availability: Monday to Friday, with consistent availability during U.S. business hours
