The Supplier Coordinator supports the optimization of production and logistics processes across the supply chain, with a focus on supplier integration, delivery performance, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, logistics, or supplier-facing roles
- Solid understanding of supply chain processes, supplier performance metrics, and basic capacity management concepts
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in evaluating data and process performance
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers
- Good organizational skills with the ability to support multiple tasks, timelines, and project activities
- Proactive mindset, adaptability, and commitment to continuous improvement
