In 1977, Drs. Garth and Tina Coonce made a bold leap of faith, leaving the security of the corporate business world to answer what they felt was a divine calling: to share the Gospel with a lost and dying world through the power of television. Beginning with one Christian television station in the Cincinnati, Ohio area, they founded Tri-State Christian Television (TCT) with a singular mission to reach viewers with the message of Jesus Christ through compelling, faith-based programming.

What started as a single local station has grown into a global ministry network known as TCT Network, or Total Christian Television. Today, TCT reaches millions of viewers through satellite, cable, on-demand streaming, live broadcast at TCT.tv, social media platforms, and the TCT Mobile App. For over four decades, TCT has been a recognized leader in faith-based and inspirational television, airing award-winning, commercial-free programming 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, designed to appeal to multi-generational, multi-cultural, and multi-denominational audiences.
