Role: AI Platform Engineer (LLM / Agentic Systems)
Experience: 4–10 years

About the Role

We are building a Hybrid Agentic AI Platform that operates across AWS, multi-cloud, and customer environments. This role will design and implement the core intelligence layer, including LLM integration, agent orchestration, and context-aware decisioning.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic workflows and orchestration systems

• Implement RAG pipelines (retrieval, embeddings, context building)

• Integrate LLMs (hosted/private) into enterprise workflows

• Build QA scoring, evaluation, and feedback loops

• Optimize prompts, latency, and response quality

• Ensure secure data handling (no-retention, in-memory processing)

• Collaborate with platform and FDE teams for real-world deployments

Required Skills

• Strong Python programming

• Hands-on experience with LLMs / GenAI systems

• Deep understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases

• Experience with APIs and distributed systems

• Familiarity with AWS (Bedrock, Lambda, S3, etc.)

Nice to Have

• Experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, etc.)

• LLM evaluation frameworks and guardrails

• Exposure to multi-tenant SaaS architectures
