Role Overview - What Can I Expect?

Our Arrears Executives are passionate about delivering the very best customer service, to every customer on every call.

Your day to day role includes:

• Liaising with business customers regarding their arrears, this is mainly secured debt, ie: mortgages. These are often high net worth customers
• Looking at detailed business/company accounts including profit & loss and balance sheets to determine stability and profitability of a business
• Negotiating appropriate repayment plans ensuring they are sustainable for the customer and adhere to FCA regulations
• Taking full ownership of the customer interaction and management – Investigation, Resolution and Outcome

Requirements

You're someone who is:

• Passionate about providing fantastic levels of service to customers
• Resilient
• Pro-active, inquisitive and problem-solving by nature
• Able to negotiate and influence customers

You're someone who has:

• Experience within an FCA regulated environment
• Experience of dealing with customers in a lending or collections environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
