We're seeking a talented Ecosystem Partner Manager to join our team and support the growth of our rapidly expanding partner ecosystem. Our partners are top-notch Shopify technology solutions and marketing & design agencies that play a vital role in driving new customer acquisition and retention for Tapcart.
As an Ecosystem Partner Manager, you will report to the Director of Ecosystem Partnerships and be responsible for managing key relationships with both new and existing partners to drive mutual value for both parties. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with our commercial and product teams to contribute to the expansion of our core product, support new partner-built integrations, and help execute go-to-market strategies with partners.
Your goals will be aligned to new business growth – measured by partner-sourced pipeline and MRR, as well as objectives tied to the success of your partners – including partner-built integrations, adoption, and outbound referrals.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Manage and optimize existing Preferred and Core technology partnerships to expand upon current relationships, while forging new ones with those that will make the biggest impact to Tapcart’s mission
- Guide new partners through the process of integration scoping and development
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new partnerships in collaboration with partner marketing and/or product marketing
- Generate partner-sourced pipeline and MRR through referrals and joint marketing
- Collaborate with Partner Enablement to educate partners on Tapcart’s value proposition, product, and provide ongoing updates related to Tapcart’s roadmap
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Travel to quarterly industry events to engage with managed partners
WHAT SKILLS YOU’LL NEED
- 4+ experience holding a quota and a track record of hitting targets
- A strong understanding of the go-to-market motion with partners
- Experience selling or managing partnerships in the Shopify ecosystem
- Proven ability in project management and enthusiasm for working cross functionally
- Knowledge or experience with ecommerce concepts and technologies
- Strong communication skills to clearly and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Integration scoping and development

- Technical experience with integration pipeline management and activation
