About the Role
At Tandem we're helping clinicians reclaim their time and focus on what matters most: patient care. As part of the Medical Operations team, you’ll use your clinical experience to support the successful adoption of Tandem’s clinician co-pilot in healthcare settings across the UK.
You’ll guide new users through onboarding and training, help refine the product through feedback, and work closely with our product and commercial teams to embed Tandem into clinical workflows. You’ll play a key role in connecting the dots between medical practice and cutting-edge technology - and shaping the future of healthcare delivery.
What You Will Do
Support the rollout of Tandem’s co-pilot to healthcare providers in the UK.
Lead onboarding and training sessions to help clinicians get the most out of the product.
Gather feedback and insights from users to inform product development.
Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration into clinical workflows.
Act as a bridge between clinical teams and internal stakeholders.
What You Bring
Clinical experience in a healthcare setting (e.g. nursing, allied health, general practice, hospital roles).
A passion for technology and its potential to improve healthcare systems.
Excellent communication skills and comfort working with diverse teams and users.
A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
Bonus Points
Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompting techniques.
Experience in healthtech, startups, or innovation-driven environments.
Exposure to project or implementation work in high-paced, team-based settings.
Familiarity with the UK or EU regulatory landscape for health technology products
Location
We believe the best ideas happen when we’re together. This is a full-time role based in London where you will work primarily in order to collaborate, connect, and build our culture. Travel is expected locally to meet customers, and regular trips to Stockholm to meet the full team are also a requirement.
