We are seeking a highly specialized Independent Contractor to lead the strategic evolution of our offer intelligence platform. This engagement focuses on leveraging data foundations to drive business goals across B2C and B2B surfaces.
Engagement This is a high-impact, hands-on consultancy role. The Contractor will be responsible for translating complex business needs into technical requirements and driving cross-functional execution. Project Deliverables & Services
Analyze offer and merchant data to identify high-leverage growth and revenue opportunities.
Produce crisp, data-backed product briefs and prototypes for new B2C/B2B surfaces.
Validate assumptions and define "success metrics" in partnership with internal stakeholders.
Define the roadmap for core platform capabilities (ingestion, interpretation, ranking, and validation).
Identify and implement improvements for data normalization, classification, and freshness.
Balance technical debt with high-velocity platform investments to ensure reliability.
Manage the lifecycle of specific initiatives from discovery through requirements and delivery.
Provide clear technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Facilitate planning and alignment sessions to remove ambiguity and unblock execution.
Define the quality bar for offer intelligence and evaluate launches against pre-defined KPIs.
Provide lightweight but comprehensive documentation for expected behavior and edge cases.

Required Professional Expertise
- Experience: 5+ years in Product Management within technical domains (APIs, data products, or infrastructure).
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced analytical skills (SQL) and a proven track record of shipping complex, cross-functional data products.
- AI Integration: Demonstrated experience using AI tools for discovery, prototyping, and analysis with a strong validation discipline.
- Execution: A bias toward action and the ability to break down ambiguous systems into actionable, documented plans.
