Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in technical implementation, customer success engineering, solutions engineering, or a similar technical customer-facing role.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, CRMs, automation tools, technical integrations.
- Experience or deep interest in AI/ML technologies and prompt engineering.
- Clear communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Flexibility to work remotely and accommodate enterprise customer schedules.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales, customer success, and engineering processes.
