Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers, engaging with various stakeholders including executives, AI practitioners, data scientists and engineers.
- Provide expert knowledge on the Shakudo AI platform, educating customers and internal teams on its capabilities and best use cases.
- Develop and optimize customer engagement processes and tools, ensuring efficient and impactful customer engagements.
- Support the technical aspects of sales engagements, including system demonstrations, solution design, and technical validations through proofs of concept (POC).Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of customers to our post-sales support and success teams.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them on AI strategy, best practices, and end-to-end solutions that include model building, deployment, and management.
Qualifications
- The position is open exclusively to U.S. citizens who are currently residing within the United States.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related technical field.
- More than 2 years of experience in solution engineering, technical sales, or a similar role within the data and AI domain.
- Proficient in data and AI technologies, with a deep understanding of data and AI workflows and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical details coherently to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic customer relationships, understanding their business challenges and technological needs.
- Direct experience with cutting edge data and AI technologies.
- Proven track record of successful technical customer engagements.
