The Change Management and Digital Adoption Lead plays a crucial role in driving successful business transformation by integrating organizational change management (OCM) and digital adoption leadership. This position ensures that stakeholders effectively adapt to new SAP solutions through a focus on both the human aspects of change and enabling technology.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Change Management, Organizational Development, Education, or a related discipline
- Over 10 years of experience in OCM, digital adoption, or blended training program management for large-scale technology projects (SAP experience preferred)
- Proven experience in deploying and managing a digital adoption platform (WalkMe experience preferred)
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to interpret adoption analytics and translate them into actionable insights
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
- Change management certification (e.g., PROSCI) and experience in instructional design or learning technology is a plus
- Experience in designing learning experiences, gamification, and micro-learning strategies
