Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4+ years experience as an Executive Search Sourcer
  • Proficiency in desk research methodologies and market mapping
  • Strong understanding of SHREK methodology
  • Exceptional assessment skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
