Fully remote position

For our company, is a leading Sales-as-a-Service (SaaS) outsourcing provider, we are looking to hire a dynamic and experienced USA Sales Development Representative (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to strengthen our sales team as a Sales Development Representative. Your Mission:

As a USA Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in expanding and strengthening our sales activities. You will be at the forefront of developing and implementing effective sales strategies based on thorough analysis of market needs and customer behaviour. Your contribution will enable our sales team to unlock its full potential and establish a culture of excellence that significantly drives the growth and success of Our clients Sales.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify and develop potential customers through targeted prospecting and structured lead qualification.
  • Customer Acquisition: Execute outbound campaigns (phone, email, social media) to increase brand awareness and generate qualified sales opportunities.
  • Needs Analysis: Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand the requirements of prospective customers and position tailored solutions.
  • Collaboration with the Sales Team: Work closely with our clients Account Executives to ensure leads are effectively followed up and converted into successful deals.
  • CRM Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date data maintenance within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Market Monitoring: Track market trends and competitors in order to continuously adapt and improve sales strategies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales activities and analyse sales performance to identify areas for improvement.

Your Profile:

  • At least 3 to 4 years of experience in Sales Development, focus on industrial B2B.
  • Proven track record of generating new business and consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • Strong customer focus and the ability to sell solutions that deliver real value.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to plan independently and prioritize effectively.
