German-speaking Customer Service Representative (Remote, Namibia)

Join our dynamic remote team as a Customer Service Representative, where your language skills, empathy, and solution-driven mindset will help drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Manage inquiries via email, phone, and chat including orders, complaints, and general assistance.
• Issue Resolution: Turn challenges into opportunities by providing thoughtful, solution-oriented responses.
• Feedback Loop: Capture and relay customer insights to improve service delivery and product offerings.
• Order Review: Assist customers with design and order-related queries to prevent issues before they arise.

Requirements

• Fluent in German (C1 or C2) and English (read, write, speak)
• Basic proficiency in English for internal communication
• Previous experience in customer support or a related field preferred
• Must reside in Namibia
• Reliable fibre internet connection required
