What does a day in the life as a Customer Support Representative look like?

  • Collaborate with various teams and departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, Instant messaging.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences, and coordinate relevant logistics.
  • Input and maintain accurate data in databases and spreadsheets, analysis, report generation, and document preparation.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and documents for internal and external use.
  • Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting.
  • Process invoices, reimbursements, and other financial transactions as required.

What are the required qualifications for a Customer Support Representative?

  • Undergraduates are welcome to apply
  • 2-3 years of relevant professional experience from a BPO or call center industry
  • Demonstrated understanding of working with SaaS/software technology
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft business applications – Outlook, Word and Excel
