UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for crafting engaging and intuitive designs that enhance user satisfaction and drive business results. Your role will involve designing user interfaces and experiences that align with user needs and business goals while maintaining a high level of visual design excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions.
• Conduct user research to understand pain points, behaviors, and requirements.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and workflows.
• Design responsive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Ensure consistent design across platforms by adhering to brand guidelines and design systems.
• Test designs for usability and gather feedback to improve the user experience.
• Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and scalability.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain industry best practices.

• Experience: 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or a similar role.
• Design Skills:
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma & Canva
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to create pixel-perfect designs and high-fidelity prototypes.
• UX Skills:
  • Experience with user research techniques, such as usability testing, surveys, and interviews.
  • Ability to create user personas, journey maps, and task flows.
  • Knowledge of UX principles, heuristics, and best practices.
• Technical Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with front-end development principles (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for collaboration with developers is not a must but a nice to have
  • Understanding of responsive and adaptive design.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborative mindset with a passion for solving user problems creatively.
