C# .NET Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented C# .NET Developer with strong experience in Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) and relational databases to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain robust desktop applications and ensure seamless integration with database systems and APIs. This is a hands-on role that requires deep technical expertise and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance desktop applications using C# and WPF.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze technical feasibility, and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Design and implement user-friendly interfaces with modern WPF patterns such as MVVM.
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code following industry best practices.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues in both code and database interactions.
• Design, implement, and maintain relational database schemas, stored procedures, and queries.
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure high code quality.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for future reference and upgrades.
• Stay updated with the latest tools, frameworks, and technologies in the .NET ecosystem.

• Experience:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in C# .NET development.
  • Proven expertise in WPF, including creating custom controls, styles, and animations.
  • Strong understanding of relational database concepts and experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar.

• Technical Skills:

  • Solid grasp of design patterns like MVVM and dependency injection.
  • Experience with LINQ, Entity Framework, or other ORM tools.
  • Proficiency in database design, query optimization, and stored procedures.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Familiarity with multi-threading and asynchronous programming in C#.

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS.
• Familiarity with deployment tools for desktop apps
• Experience in integrating third-party APIs and libraries into .NET applications.
• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks like xUnit or NUnit.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with other .NET technologies such as ASP.NET Core.
