About the role

As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a Customer Success Executive.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responsibility for assigned small to mid market customers’ success
  • Liaising with our brands to understand their goals and aims via success planning workshops.
  • Updating our clients on progress, using monthly and quarterly business reviews to maintain accountability and ensure we’re aligning with their goals.
  • Analysing campaign results and presenting back to the customer to ensure value is realised and any opportunities to improve are shared.
  • Ensure you are able to identify any brands which may be a churn risk, ensuring the best standard of contact and planning to mitigate these issues.
  • Leveraging your knowledge and relationship with the customer to identify expansion opportunities for the Account Management team.

  • Previous experience within a B2B customer success role.
  • Comfortable with using data to make informed decisions.
  • Clear and effective communication between stakeholders, internally and externally.
  • Comfortable working to team targets and OKRs.
  • Strong commercial awareness.
