What you will do
As the Strategic Enablement Analyst, you will support the Neurotechnology Business Unit Sales teams in evaluating and implementing pricing strategies and models based upon current business and competitive market dynamics.
Responsibilities may include:
- Work closely with our sales teams to develop customer presentations and create analytic solutions to support contract negotiations.
- Propose, lead, and/or collaborate on analytic projects that are of strategic importance. These may involve analyzing problems and generating hypotheses, developing key performance metrics, in-depth quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and preparing reports and recommendations to support decision-making and strategy development.
- Add value as a business partner with our Customer Solutions sales teams and join a highly collaborative team with a focus on customer solutions, problem solving, data analytics, and most importantly business insights.
- Communicate, convey, and visualize informed conclusions and recommendations in a manner to provide meaningful insights to the data and influence how organization approaches the challenge.
- Own process improvement projects that will drive efficiency amongst Pricing, Marketing, and Sales teams.
What you need:
- Bachelor's degree required. 6+ years of related professional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 1+ years work experience required
- Must have knowledge of analytical tools such as Excel and Power BI
- Ability to actively collaborate within organizations to drive understanding and adoption of support provided by the team
- Ability to handle ambiguous situations and think strategically about improving contracting capabilities and functions
- Ability to actively collaborate within organizations
- Highly organized with excellent task, time, and project management skills
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills (including presentation skills)
$58,700 - $118,600 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
