[AP Clerk / Remote] - Anywhere in U.S. / Up to $33.17-hr DOE / Amazing Benefits - As an Accounts Payable Processor, you will: Process a high volume of invoices accurately and in a timely manner; Ensure all invoices are coded correctly and have proper approvals; Review and reconcile vendor statements to ensure accuracy of payments; Communicate with vendors to resolve any discrepancies or issues; Maintain accurate and organized records of all payments and expenses; Prepare and process payment batches for disbursement; Assist with month-end closing procedures and provide support for audits; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounts payable processes and identify cost-saving opportunities; Update and maintain vendor information in the system; Handle any other ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned.
