Configuration Analyst

Description/Specification:

The Configuration Analyst will be responsible for configuring and maintaining software and systems to meet the needs of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Configure software and systems according to project requirements
• Develop and maintain configuration documentation
• Perform configuration audits to ensure compliance with standards and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve configuration issues
• Provide support and training to end users as needed

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Configuration Analyst or similar role
• Strong knowledge of configuration management principles and best practices
• Proficiency in software configuration tools and systems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
