The Role

As a recruiter in our talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of the hiring plan from identifying needs, executing a strategy, developing a pipeline, finding and shortlisting candidates, to closing successful hires globally, including but not limited to North America, United Kingdom, India and Australia.

Your role will be to drive and uphold our employer brand, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain StarRezians who drive customer and company outcomes and contribute to our culture.

You will be a strategic partner across teams, functions, and geographies internally in achieving our hiring goals.

Role Specifics

  • Work Location: Remote (US)
  • Travel: Less than 5% (The percentage of travel is an estimation and may vary based on business needs.)
  • Reporting Structure: This role reports to the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with key leaders to conduct full cycle recruiting inclusive of job posting, sourcing, assessments, screening, and hiring the best top talent available
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage with passive candidates through various channels, including social media, networking, and direct sourcing
  • Collaborate with the People & Culture team and senior leaders in setting short- and long-term recruiting strategies to exceed business objectives & key results
  • Host and attend recruitment and hiring events. Represent the company at industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to build a strong talent pipeline
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to develop competitive offers, including salary negotiations and benefits packages
  • Implement strategies to attract a diverse candidate pool and support the company’s diversity and inclusion goals

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience recruiting top talent within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated experience hiring across multiple functions, including technical and business roles
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume requisition load while maintaining strong candidate experience and hiring quality
  • Data-oriented with strong attention to detail and ability to use data to drive talent acquisition analysis and decision making

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a globally distributed environment, with the ability to manage priorities across regions and time zones
  • Strong usage of AI tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Experience using Greenhouse ATS
