In this role, you’ll lead cross-functional initiatives that center on Adobe Experience Manager solutions, ensuring seamless integration of marketing technology and content management at scale.

For this specific job post, we can only accept candidates who reside and are eligible to work in the US, Canada, and Colombia as contractors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience in digital marketing, content production, web operations, or CMS-driven programs.
  • 4+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including project/program delivery, content lifecycle management, and stakeholder enablement in a marketing or publishing context.
  • Strong understanding of web publishing workflows, CMS platforms, SEO, and accessibility best practices.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple, high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and proficiency in project management tools like Jira and Airtable.
  • Availability to overlap at least 4 hours with US PDT time zone working hours.
  • Fluent and efficient communication skills in English are necessary for direct communication with clients and across different departments.
  • Location Requirements: Open to candidates in Canada, Colombia, and the US with flexibility on specific locations.
  • For US applicants, the ability to work as a contractor under an LLC, C-Corp, or S-Corp.

Nice to have:

  • Current or previous AEM Certifications
  • Experience working in enterprise-scale digital environments or global marketing teams.
  • Familiarity with localization workflows and tools for global content delivery.

The projected salary range for this position is from $60 to $70/hr, determined by the candidate’s interview outcome, skills, experience, education, and alignment with market data.

Responsibilities:

  • Program Management: Lead planning, coordination, and execution of AEM-based content production projects for marketing initiatives and web campaigns.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with marketing, content strategy, design, development, and localization teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Content Operations: Drive content intake, prioritization, and publishing processes in AEM, ensuring accuracy, SEO optimization, and brand alignment.
  • Workflow Optimization: Define and refine production processes, timelines, and roles to improve efficiency and scalability of web content delivery.
  • Cross-functional Team Leadership: Coordinate efforts across developers, UX/UI designers, content strategists, and QA — keeping all moving parts aligned.
  • Quality Control & Governance: Implement quality standards and review processes to maintain the highest content and performance standards across AEM implementations.
  • Risk Management: Anticipate and mitigate project risks by maintaining robust documentation, contingency plans, and proactive communication strategies.
  • Production Support Oversight: Oversee and triage production support requests, ensuring timely issue resolution and stable deployments.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Track project progress, identify risks, and report KPIs to stakeholders. Recommend improvements based on data insights.
