Our mission is to offer prompt, convenient, reliable, and meaningful social security services to our current and future members and their beneficiaries. We provide replacement income for workers in times of death, disability, sickness, maternity, and old age. Our programs include Sickness Benefit, a daily cash allowance for members unable to work due to illness or injury; Maternity Benefit, a daily cash allowance for female members unable to work due to childbirth or miscarriage; Disability Benefit, a cash benefit for members who become permanently disabled; Retirement Benefit, a cash benefit for members who can no longer work due to old age; Death Benefit, a cash benefit for the beneficiaries of a deceased member; Funeral Benefit, a cash benefit for whoever paid for the burial expenses of a deceased member; and Unemployment Benefit, a cash grant for covered employees involuntarily separated from employment. We also offer various loan programs to our members. We are continuously working to enhance our services, including improving our online portals and expanding our reach to ensure all Filipino workers have access to social security.
