What we need your help with:


Sqreen is growing fast and as an early member of our sales team, you’ll play a key role in laying the foundations for our future success.

You’ll run the full sales cycle, end to end, working directly with decision makers in the software development and security space. With plenty of scope to influence our sales process, tone and approach, you'll work closely with our Head of WW Commercial Sales, partner with our San Francisco-based business development team, as well as with our marketing and product teams.

Sqreen already has a great flow of inbound leads and strong traction in specific verticals but you’ll continue to explore different business verticals, through different channels to generate, engage and close leads. We’re looking for high calibre salespeople who’ll thrive given goals and the freedom to achieve them.

This role reports to Sqreen’s Head of Commercial Sales, Hiroki Saotome, and is based in San Francisco (or based remotely on PST compatible timezone).

Day-to-day you'll: 


> Focus on the mid-market segment
> Define your outbound sales approach and build a scalable sales pipeline
> Turn leads into customers
> Work closely with our engineering team - demos, onboarding, lifecycle emails, and the list goes on
> Translate feedback from customers to our product team to help improve our product

About You:


> Have significant experience working as an Account Executive in the SaaS space, with a demonstrable track record of success
> Be a quick-learner, self-motivated and comfortable working within a high-velocity tech startup
> Have strong communication skills and great attention to detail
> Be data driven, but also know how to step back, see the big picture and communicate it clearly
> Love highly technical products, have development/engineering experience (huge bonus!) or would love to learn more about this

Sqreen’s hiring process:


> 45 minute video call with our local Talent Partner (here's what to expect during your first call)
> 45 minute video call with our hiring manager

> Virtual onsite with the team - 4 hours total
> Video call with Pierre, CEO of Sqreen
> Reference call

On average the whole process takes 2-3 weeks end to end, but we're pretty flexible!
