- Account Management: Manage and nurture a portfolio of strategic accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for these customers.
- Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying expansion opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Customer Success: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations proactively, ensuring customer satisfaction and success.
- Renewals and Contract Negotiation: Manage the renewal process for assigned accounts and oversee contract negotiations.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate closely with the COO and Co-Founder to develop and execute strategic account plans in alignment with company objectives.
- Market and Competitor Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to position our SaaS product effectively.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records, activities, and forecasts.
- Product Feedback and Development: Consistently provide feedback to the Product team to ensure continuous product improvement and deployment of new features based on client needs.
Requirements
- Proven Experience: The ideal candidate will have proven experience in client management roles, particularly in top-tier management SaaS businesses, Consulting, or as an AE in a startup environment. This background should demonstrate your ability to nurture client relationships and close key accounts effectively.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record in driving revenue growth through selling, closing, and managing sales cycles from Demo to Signature
- Customer Focus: Demonstrated experience in ensuring customer satisfaction and proactively addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Contract Negotiation: Experience with closing processes, contract negotiations, and understanding of customer usage patterns.
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of SaaS industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Excellent data analysis skills with an emphasis on maintaining accurate account records and forecasts.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in Spanish, as well as professional-level proficiency in English, is essential for this role.
- Working proficiency in Portuguese is beneficial but not mandatory.
This position is remote but the candidate should be in LatAm and Speak Spanish
