The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role and a proven track record of success in optimizing sales processes, utilizing CRM platforms such as HubSpot, and implementing efficient reporting and automation solutions
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to streamline sales processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Manage and maintain our CRM system (HubSpot) to ensure accurate and up-to-date data.
- Develop and implement sales analytics and reporting dashboards to provide actionable insights to the sales team and senior management.
- Identify areas for process improvement and automation to increase productivity and effectiveness.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of sales staff on CRM usage and best practices.
- Conduct regular audits of sales data to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Work cross-functionally with various teams to support sales initiatives and projects.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in sales operations or similar roles.
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms, with a strong preference for experience with HubSpot.
- Good understanding of sales processes and workflows.
- Experience with sales analytics and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with sales automation tools and techniques
