The Role :
Responsibilities
- Lead field marketing initiatives for the North American Market. Hands on role.
- Manage a six-figure field marketing budget to grow demand for sales teams across geographies
- Define field marketing needs in partnership with sales, product, growth and marketing teams’ leadership on territory planning and North America sales support
- Ensure our global channel marketing strategy can be effectively deployed in North America by enabling our resellers with campaign components and guidelines
- Help North America marketing functions refine their strategy based on consistent feedback
- Set the standard to ensure effective collaboration across marketing and sales roles for regional campaign execution, and document those standards in our handbook
- Improve field marketing campaign efficiency in terms of ROI and CAC:LTV
- Ensure North America has agency support for translating and regionalizing corporate marketing content
- Ensure field marketing contributes productively to the quarterly business reviews of the sales team they support.
Requirements
- Past experience delivering, accelerating, and expanding sales pipeline through regional marketing.
- 5+ years of marketing experience along with 3+ years experience in team management
- Effective collaboration and coordination across internal and external stakeholders through strong communication skills
- A passion and strong understanding of SaaS markets and/or information security tools
- Experience with supporting both sales and channel sales teams directly
