India onlySpreetail is hiring an Advertising Manager who will play a critical role by accelerating sales of products through advertising across the various ecommerce marketplaces (Amazon, EBay, Wayfair, etc.) The Advertising Manager will have the opportunity to make the largest impact by creating innovative and scalable solutions to determine optimal advertising budgets, identify and implement appropriate target audiences, keywords, and ad settings that can efficiently deliver against Spreetail goals.
How You Will Achieve Success In This Role:
- Develop brand level forecasts and budgets for online advertising campaigns that drive incremental traffic and conversion.
- Test and analyze campaign and keyword level decisions to ensure the team is maximizing listing exposure, and analyze campaign performance data to evaluate the success of your team's strategies.
- Research and develop brand advertising strategies and define measurements of success, and work with Merchandising and Business Development to ensure these are aligned with the brand's strategy.
- Plan, develop and implement comprehensive advertising strategies to increase visibility to our customers, and oversee the execution of all paid advertisement strategies for 100+ campaigns across Amazon and eBay.
- Deliver weekly performance reporting to show the incremental impact advertising is driving and maintain existing reporting in partnership with business analytics.
What Experiences Will Help You In This Role:
- Experience with Amazon's sponsored advertising platform.
- 2-3+ years of experience in paid search marketing including CPC, CPA, CPM.
- Strong communication skills and ability to partner with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with large keyword and campaign portfolios.
- Strong analytical skills, data driven mindset and results driven.
