We are seeking a dedicated HR / Recruiting / Hiring Assistant to join our growing team. This position is designed for someone who is organized, adaptable, and eager to learn, with strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people. As part of our HR and recruiting operations, you will play a key role in supporting the entire hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new team members.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the full cycle of recruitment, including posting job ads, sourcing candidates and maintaining communication with applicants.
Actively use social media platforms (Telegram, Facebook, and others) to engage potential candidates and build talent pipelines.
Utilize online translator tools to facilitate communication across different languages.
Support HR team with administrative tasks such as maintaining candidate databases, preparing documents, and tracking recruitment metrics.
Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth processes.
Provide ongoing support for HR projects, employee relations, and onboarding activities.
Required Qualifications
Strong familiarity with social media platforms (Telegram, Facebook required; others are a plus).
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Discretion in handling sensitive candidate and company information.
Multilingual ability is highly valued, especially knowledge of Balkan languages.
Previous experience in HR, administration, or recruiting is a plus, but not strictly required.
