JobResponsibilities:
- Keepourrecruiting management system organizedanddailyupdated
- Learnourmainrecruiting roles andpracticehuntingroutine in externalandinternalsources
- Learnandpracticeconstantandclear communication with candidates
- Supportteam in end-to-endrecruiting processes
- Supportteam in otheroperationalandinternal HR processes
- Participation in weekly meetings to track activities with Brazilian and American managers
- Constant communication with our stakeholders
Requirements
- Interest in focusing on the routine of attracting and selecting professionals, with greater emphasis on the fields of software engineering, data engineering, and machine learning
- Interest to develop candidate’s database management skills
- Basic previous contact with recruiting process (academic experience, informal experience, etc)
- Advanced English for communication with American team members
- Good organization and analysis skills, with an interest to enhance them in the workplace routine
- Flexibility to strengthen the skill of collaborating on different projects with the necessary support and guidance
- Previous experience with competency-based interviews
- Previous experience with ATS
