We are on a mission to help people avoid unnecessary suffering by treating the whole patient with the latest in evidence-based therapy. Founded in 2005 by Dr. Kamshad Raiszadeh, an orthopedic spine surgeon, SpineZone was established to develop the best aspects of non-operative treatment in an atmosphere of empowerment to maximize the body's own healing capacity. For over 15 years, we have been dedicated to keeping active people from being sidelined by back, neck, and joint pain. We believe that physical therapy can play a bigger role in the overall health and wellness of our communities and we are committed to being at the leading edge of therapy that focuses not only on physical pain but on the whole person.

Our approach is comprehensive and data-driven, combining our online platform with personalized treatment programs and in-person clinics to treat musculoskeletal conditions. We provide patients with personalized guidance and at-home exercises online, with the option for in-person treatment at our convenient clinics throughout Southern California. Our multi-disciplinary team includes surgeons, physician assistants, physical therapists, and spine rehabilitation specialists, ensuring that the appropriate level of care is available at the right time. We also incorporate training from mindfulness, nutrition, and behavioral health counselors. We are proud to be involved in research studies with leading academic institutions to continuously improve our methods.
