We utilize a patented strapping system on proprietary tables to position, stabilize, and isolate muscles. This gives our certified practitioners an extra set of hands to gradually adjust your stretch reflex and retrain the nervous system for optimal results.
With more than 300 studios open and still rapidly expanding with an average of 2-3 studio openings a week, our trained practitioners help clients feel lighter and younger, relieve stiffness and soreness, enhance physical and athletic performance, and increase and maintain range of motion.
