Your Responsibilities

As part of our team, you will:

• Engage with members who have requested information about their coverage options.

• Organize and lead virtual consultations to walk members through their benefits.

• Clearly explain programs in simple, easy-to-follow terms.

• Support families during enrollment and manage digital paperwork.

• Stay compliant by maintaining accurate records and following guidelines.

• Take part in continuous training to strengthen your skills and prepare for leadership roles.
