What You’ll Do
Connect with union members virtually or in person to review their benefit requests
Simplify coverage options so families clearly understand their choices
Recommend personalized programs tailored to each household
Keep accurate records, follow up with members, and provide ongoing service
Take part in ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship
Contribute to a positive, growth-focused team environment
