Responsibilities:
- Design and Architect: Lead the design and implementation of secure and scalable cloud infrastructure solutions on (AWS (Amazon Web Services), Microsoft Azure, …), ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Innovation: Spearhead innovative solutions that push the boundaries of cloud infrastructure, contributing to the company's technological advancement.
- Customer Orientation: Prioritize customer needs and goals, ensuring that technical solutions deliver tangible value and contribute to their success.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
- Documentation: Develop comprehensive architecture blueprints, technical specifications, and system documentation to facilitate efficient implementation and ongoing maintenance.
- AWS Expertise: Evaluate and recommend appropriate AWS services and features based on business requirements, staying abreast of the latest advancements in cloud technology.
- Security and Performance: Ensure the security, availability, and performance of infrastructure solutions through proactive monitoring, optimization, and adherence to security best practices.
- Best Practices: Implement and advise on best practices for cloud infrastructure deployment, automation, and optimization, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Learning and Development: Stay up to date with the latest AWS services and features, pursue relevant certifications, and actively contribute to the knowledge-sharing culture within the team.
Qualifications
- Experience: Extensive experience as a Technical Infrastructure Architect with a focus on Cloud Infrastructure, demonstrating proficiency in designing and implementing highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable architectures. Experience in running/operating banking solutions is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Solid understanding of networking concepts, security best practices, and infrastructure automation, with hands-on experience in infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and communicate technical concepts effectively.
- Hands-on experience: Being able to conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) and delivering architectural designs. This hands-on capability ensures not only theoretical understanding but also practical proficiency in implementing proposed solutions and validating their feasibility.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective teamwork with cross-functional and cross-geographical teams.
- Certifications: AWS/Azure certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional, are a plus, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Innovation: Proven ability to innovate and think creatively, with a focus on driving technological advancements that directly benefit our customers.
- Customer Orientation: Strong customer focus, prioritizing the needs and goals of clients to ensure that technical solutions deliver tangible value and contribute to their success.
- A bilingual level in English is absolutely required
