Position: DATA ASSISTANT
Work Hours: 9am-5pm UK timezone / 4pm - midnight Philippine time

Holidays: PH legal holidays

Pay Range: USD 800 - 1,250 per month

Company/Client Overview : a multi-platform media company offering advertising and digital marketing solutions to businesses of all sizes

Responsibilities:

• Data Issue Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and resolve data issues, ensuring accurate, consistent, and complete data tracking and reporting.
• Data Queries and Insights: Use BigQuery SQL to perform data-related queries and extract relevant insights for different stakeholders, supporting data-driven decision-making.
• Automation Maintenance: Maintain and optimize automation processes using software such as Zapier and Monday.com, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
• Process Setup: Assist in setting up and managing the data team’s process-related systems, including scrum, ticket tracking, and meeting cadence, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong track record in data analysis.
• SQL Proficiency: Proven experience in using SQL, particularly BigQuery, to extract and analyze data.
• Agile Methodologies: Strong understanding of agile SDLC principles and methodologies, with practical experience in applying these in a professional setting.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity and alignment across various stakeholders.
