Role: Bookkeeper
Salary: $900-$1,400
Working Hours & Time Zone: 8:30am-5pm PST (flexible)

The client is a licensed CPA firm offering professional accounting and bookkeeping services to today's organizations.
Since its inception, we have been helping businesses and nonprofits in BC with their accounting needs. We're on a mission to deliver great accounting services to local clients to benefit our community.
Responsibilities:
- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping services for various clients
- Process payroll using cloud-based software and allocate payroll costs to proper projects/departments
- Prepare monthly/quarterly reports for clients
- Coordinate bookkeeping tasks among the team
- Prepare and file GST, PST, Payroll, WCB, and other compliance reports
- Communicate with clients, respond to their queries and requests
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of solid full cycle bookkeeping experience
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
- Experience with payroll software, Google Drive, and many other cloud accounting apps
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills, both in writing and verbally
- Love working with people and care about client's experience
- Proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook
