Solenis, a world-leading specialty chemicals company, is looking for a Pricing Manager EMEA to join our Consumer Solutions Division.
This is a key commercial role where you will work closely with the Regional VP and business leaders to drive profitable growth through strategic pricing, deal guidance, and margin optimization.
You will join a dynamic international team of five Pricing Managers and analysts, supported by a back-office team of around 20 professionals across EMEA and India.

Your Role
As Pricing Manager EMEA, you will be at the center of commercial decision making, ensuring that Solenis achieves its ambitious pricing and profitability targets. You’ll collaborate with sales directors, product managers, and the regional leadership team to provide strategic pricing guidance, monitor price performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
This role requires a strong analytical mindset combined with commercial acumen, confidence in decision-making, and the ability to influence across multiple levels in an international matrix organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and execute pricing strategies in line with divisional and regional objectives.
- Support business leaders and regional VP in achieving annual pricing targets and profitability goals.
- Provide commercial guidance during deal reviews and ensure proper approval of proposals.
- Conduct pricing and profitability analysis, identifying opportunities for price increases or optimization.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to track price realization and performance across key segments.
- Manage price lists, pricing tools, and communication of changes across the organization.
- Work closely with the Pricing Support team in India for analysis, tracking, and reporting.
- Prepare high-quality pricing and margin reports for business reviews.
- Participate in strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives related to pricing excellence.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in Pricing, Sales, Product Management, Finance, or Business Analysis.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a commercial mindset.
- Experience with SAP or similar pricing/ERP systems.
- Confident communicator who can influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive, flexible, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Based in Central or Northern Europe, with flexibility to travel occasionally (up to 4 times per year).
