Global AI Applications and Governance Manager

Job Summary:

The Global AI and Governance Applications Manager will be responsible for leading the management of AI applications and vendors, ensuring robust AI governance, and assist in validating new AI applications within the Global Digital Team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a broad understanding of AI technologies and their practical applications in a digital business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Applications and Vendor Management (60%)

  • Collaborate with the Digital team to create a clear roadmap for vendors and vendor selection in the AI space that meet Global business needs

  • Lead the management of our existing AI application, OPTIX, primarily focused on enhancing the Consumer Solutions vertical.

  • Build and maintain the strategic partnerships with our current and future AI vendor(s) to deliver cutting-edge solutions tailored to customer needs.

  • Lead and accelerate the customer onboarding process though daily vendor standup calls and though optimization of internal processes and procedures.

  • Drive the integration of AI technologies through collaboration with commercial and digital adoption teams to elevate the customer experience and operational efficiency in the Consumer Solutions space.

• AI Governance (20%)

  • Work closely with the Legal, IT, and the CSO teams to co-develop and implement AI governance frameworks to ensure ethical, transparent, and accountable use of AI technologies.

  • Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to AI usage.

  • Lead initiatives to educate stakeholders on the importance of AI governance and its impact on the organization.

• Validation of New AI Applications (20%)

  • Evaluate and validate new AI applications for potential adoption in the Digital Service, Digital Demand Generation, and Ecommerce domains.

  • Work closely with various members of the Global Digital team as well as with the IT and infrastructure team to assess the feasibility and effectiveness of new AI technologies.

  • Provide insights and recommendations on AI application improvements to drive continuous innovation and competitive advantage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or greater in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI application management and vendor relations.

• Demonstrated knowledge of AI governance, ethical AI practices, and regulatory compliance.

• Proven track record of successfully validating and implementing AI applications in industrial applications, digital services, digital demand generation, and or e-commerce.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

• Excellent leadership and project management abilities with experience leading cross-functional teams.

• Effective communication skills, capable of conveying complex AI concepts to a non-technical audience.
