Project – the aim you’ll have

Inventory system for telecommunications networks and telecommunications services management, created especially for the needs of one of the giants of Polish mobile telephony. System consists of many modules, and each of them is responsible for the implementation of specific telecommunications processes, including: planning, designing and developing networks ( all level - logical and physical layers) - in particular, this applies to RAN, FTTX, IP-CAN networks or radio networks and radio lines, optimization and management of network resources - monitoring and analysis of the current state supports system users in making decisions about the proper allocation of their resources, which is important e.g. in the case of IP address pools or in the context of managing free device ports, supporting key decision-making processes in the field of logistics, investment and product - dedicated algorithms help system users to develop a plan for the implementation of any telecommunications solution for the customer and price it, taking into account various and complex criteria, including location of the project, condition of infrastructure, customer demand for specific services, etc., automation and simplification of business processes - modules responsible for collecting and simple sharing of documentation, or for processing activities related to planning, designing and managing the network, enable the reduction of internal costs, shorten the time of information flow, and increase the effectiveness of obtaining the necessary information, which is extremely important for today's market realities.

Position – how you’ll contribute

  • Capture, analyze, and document business requirements for complex telecommunications processes across RAN, FTTX, IP-CAN, transport, and logical/physical inventory layers.
  • Translate stakeholder needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for OSS modules supporting network planning, design, optimization, and resource management.
  • Cooperate closely with Engineering (Backend, Integrations), Product, UX, and Telecom Domain Experts to shape the evolution of the CLIN platform.
  • Support backlog refinement, scope definition, and prioritization in a fast‑paced telco environment.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions and technical/functional workshops focused on network modelling, capacity management, and workflow automation.
  • Contribute to functional specifications, process flows, data mapping, and end‑to‑end process documentation related to telecom network lifecycle.
  • Ensure alignment of product decisions with business goals, operational processes and technical constraints of large‑scale telco infrastructures.
