Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Translate business needs into clear and actionable specifications for development teams.
Conduct market research and data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Define and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and deliver value.
Create detailed documentation, including workflows, reports, and project roadmaps.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on project goals.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams.
Requirements
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level or higher).
Highly organized and detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset.
Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
Hard Skills:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in IT/digital transformation projects.
Familiarity with tools like Miro, Jira and similar
Ability to create clear process maps, use cases, and wireframes.
Basic understanding of app development and database structures is a plus.
Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Business presence in Poland with access to major airports for occasional international travel.
