[RFO] Full-stack Software Engineer (.NET + React)

Project – the aim you’ll have:
We're looking for a highly skilled .NET + React Developer to build robust cross-platform applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET and React for web development. A deep understanding of modern web technologies is essential.

Position – how you’ll contribute:

• Participating in defining work standards and creating base components in newly started project.
• Developing new functionalities 
• Conducting technical analysis and research for new initiatives 
• Performing code reviews  
• Supporting the development team by exchanging knowledge and skills

Expectations – the experience you need:

• At least 4+ years commercial experience in both backend and frontend development (React) and .NET
• Design patterns and good understanding of SOLID, Clean Code, OOP principles, Unit testing, CI/CD
• Understanding of WebAPI, specifically RESTful APIs, Authentication and Authorisation concepts knowledge
• Knowledge of Git and collaborative workflows (e.g., GitFlow).
• Ability to work independently in an agile development environment.
• Good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.

Position – how you’ll contribute:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React.js for the frontend and .NET (C#) for the backend APIs and services.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product owners, and other developers to define, build, and deliver new features, from database design to user interface implementation.
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following best practices, architectural patterns (e.g., RESTful APIs, microservices), and coding standards.
• Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and usability of web applications across the entire stack.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs using .NET, handle database interactions (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Entity Framework), and implement business logic.
• Integrate third-party services, APIs, and SDKs as required for both frontend and backend functionalities.
• Actively participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and contributing to the continuous improvement of our development processes and code quality.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot bugs and performance bottlenecks across both frontend and backend systems.
• Contribute to test automation (e.g., unit, integration, end-to-end tests for both .NET and React) and participate in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines where applicable.
