We are looking for a ServiceNow Project & Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of a ServiceNow transformation for a Western European client, focused on implementing a new ITSM and CSM platform. In parallel, you will collaborate with the Lead Architect and Delivery Director to shape and grow the ServiceNow practice, including offering development and oversight of BPM initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project delivery
- At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing ServiceNow projects
- Proven experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM implementations
- Strong stakeholder management and business-oriented mindset
- Excellent English (written and spoken), working with international clients
