Estamos buscando un Frontend Developer especializado en Framer que convierta ideas y mensajes de marketing en páginas que generen leads y demos diariamente.

La persona en este rol será responsable de construir, optimizar y mantener landings, microsites y assets web en Framer, con foco en conversión, velocidad y calidad visual.

Buscamos alguien con mentalidad orientada a performance, capaz de transformar tráfico en oportunidades de negocio.

Responsabilidades

  • Diseñar y construir landing pages, páginas de producto y funnels completos en Framer a partir de copy, wireframes o referencias.

  • Crear y mantener un sistema de componentes reutilizables en Framer para optimizar velocidad de desarrollo.

  • Implementar variaciones para A/B testing (títulos, layouts, secciones, bloques completos).

  • Asegurar que todas las páginas sean responsive, rápidas y estables en desktop y mobile.

  • Integrar Framer con herramientas del stack de marketing:

    • HubSpot

    • Google Tag Manager

  • Google Analytics

  • Meta Pixel

  • Conectar formularios y eventos para tracking y generación de leads.

  • Colaborar con CMO, equipo creativo y producto para convertir conceptos complejos en experiencias web claras.

  • Mantener organizado el workspace de Framer (componentes, librerías, versiones).

  • Detectar y corregir bugs visuales o funcionales de forma rápida.


    • Requisitos

  • 2 – 3 años de experiencia en desarrollo web o frontend.

  • Experiencia demostrable trabajando con Framer (creación de sitios o landings completas).

  • Manejo avanzado de:

    • Componentes en Framer

    • CMS de Framer

    • Animaciones

    • Overrides

  • Conocimientos sólidos de:

    • HTML

    • CSS

    • JavaScript básico

  • Experiencia con herramientas de analítica y tracking:

    • Google Tag Manager

    • Google Analytics

    • Meta Pixel

  • Experiencia integrando herramientas de marketing como HubSpot.

  • Alta atención al detalle visual y experiencia de usuario.

  • Mentalidad orientada a conversión y performance.
